What this website collects
This is a static website. It does not create an account for you, it does not track you between visits, and it does not sell advertising.
The only information the website collects is what you type into the enrollment or enquiry form and choose to send:
- Your name
- Your phone number, and WhatsApp number if you give one
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your age, gender, city and state, if you give them
- The programme you are interested in, your qualification and preferred batch
- Whether you need the hostel
- Anything you write in the message box
Every field except your name, phone number, city, programme and hostel answer is optional.
Why it is collected
For one purpose: so that the academy can contact you about training, answer your question, and tell you the batch, timings and fee. It is not used for anything else.
How your details reach the academy
The website has no database and stores nothing on the server. When you submit the form, your details are either:
- sent by email to the academy through a form-delivery service, if the academy has configured one; or
- handed to WhatsApp as a prepared message that you send yourself, if no delivery service is configured. In that case the website tells you clearly that this is what is happening.
If a form-delivery service is used, your details pass through that provider in order to be emailed to the academy. If WhatsApp is used, the message is sent from your own WhatsApp account and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
What is not collected
- No payment or card details are ever requested or accepted on this website.
- No documents, certificates or identity proofs are uploaded through this website.
- No cookies are set by this website for tracking or advertising.
- Nothing you type is saved in your browser's storage.
Analytics
The website is built so that website analytics can be switched on later. At the time of writing, no analytics or advertising tracking is loaded. If the academy switches analytics on in future, this page will be updated to say so before or at the time it happens.
Fonts and external services
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. Map and WhatsApp links open Google Maps and WhatsApp respectively, which are governed by their own privacy terms. No other third-party service is loaded.
How long details are kept
Enquiries reach the academy as email or as a WhatsApp message and are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any admission that follows. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
