01 — The programme
What this programme is
Central force recruitment tests two different things. There is the physical efficiency test, which is a race and a set of events against a clock, and there is the physical standard test, which is a measurement you either meet or do not.
Training for the first without knowing where you stand on the second is a common and expensive mistake. Both are checked at the start, and both are trained for.
