02 — Programmes
Choose the recruitment you are training for
The physical standards are not the same for every force. Training is set against the recruitment you are actually going to face.

03 — How it works
From your first assessment to selection day
No two candidates start in the same place. The academy works out where you are, then builds from there.

Assess
Your running time, strength and academic level are checked before anything is planned, so training starts from a real number rather than a guess.

Train
Daily ground work builds endurance, speed and strength in the order that suits your body and the recruitment you are targeting.

Prepare
Written classes run alongside the physical training, so the examination side is never left until the end.

Improve
Progress is checked against the standard you need to reach. Where you are short, that is where the work goes.

Perform
You go into the rally or the examination hall having already done the thing you are about to be asked to do.
04 — Staying at the academy
Coming from outside Palampur
A hostel facility is available for candidates travelling in for training. It removes the daily journey, which is usually the first thing that breaks a training routine.
Room details, meals and charges are confirmed directly by the academy,
as they depend on availability. Please call or message before you travel.

Yes. Agniveer preparation covers both sides: the written examination through classroom coaching, and the physical standards through daily ground training.
Physical training is taken by the academy's coaching staff, which includes a Para Commando coach. Written subjects are taken by experienced teachers.
