What this programme is
Police recruitment usually turns on a race, a jump or two, and a measurement. The events are short, which fools candidates into thinking they need less preparation than they do — a jump is a technique as much as it is strength, and technique takes weeks.
Training covers the race, the jumps and the measured standards, practised in the format the test is actually conducted in.
